The evaluation aimed at contributing to the improvement of mediation support services through taking stock of the lessons learned of the Standby Team of Mediation Experts. The evaluation was based upon the following OECD/DAC criteria; relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability and it focused on three main areas: - management, support and coordination - outcome of the mediation support provided - conceptual development of the project
