The objective of the report is to examine the results of the project financed by Sida/Asdi through the Africa Groups of Sweden in Angola; evaluation shall also aim to scrutinise the roles played by the Africa Groups as well as ADRA in achieving these results, will form the basis for Sida/Asdi's consideration of possible future support to ADRA/Africa Group programmes in Angola.
