This research aimed to evaluate the support from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) to disaster risk reduction (DRR) and Early Recovery (ER) initiatives, in the specific case of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The study provides new inquiry on how donor agencies are linking humanitarian and development cooperation in practice.
