The objective of the report is to assess the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability and connectedness of the portfolio of development and recovery activities in the CO in Uganda, and provide accountability to the Executive Board; to learn from the current portfolio in order to improve the design of the new PRRO and Country Programme under preparation.
