Further to a performance review carried out by NORAD/NMFA in 2007, which insisted on the need for NRC to upgrade its organization in accordance with the expansion of its field operations, major efforts of restructuring the admin system has been carried out, - also in DRC. Improved management set up focused around programming, new strategic tools for planning and yearly objectives, strategies for advocacy,communication and donor relations are all part of the improvements. Challenges still ahead; revised target indicators for monitoring and to reflect quality and effectiveness as well as strategic integration and response to changes.
