In Libya the Danish Refugee Council combined protection assistance, capacity building and advocacy in a multi-sectorial approach to enable protection monitoring in migrant communities and detention centres. Based on a recent end-of-project evaluation this Evaluation and Learning Brief looks at the results delivered by this approach, despite a very challenging context, and how it helped ease the transition to remote management.
