Final Report
The objective of the report is to collect and synthesise experiences made with previous years (i.e.2002-2003) CAPs/CHAPs as well as with the current year's (2004) CAP and CHAP in terms of planning and prioritisation of all needed resources, efficient response in the different sectors identified on the basis of documented needs and vulnerability assessments, and donors response (level, appropriateness, timeliness and flexibility in the allocation of funds for the different sectors and phases of emergencies.
