This evaluation identifies the impact, effectiveness, best practice and learning from Plan’s Ebola response to provide lessons and recommendations for future programming and responses to humanitarian crises. It was especially interested in response approaches; youth inclusion; feedback and accountability mechanisms; collaboration with other response actors as well as exploring how UK support helped to improve implementation delivery.
