This report presents the findings of the Drought Risk Management programme evaluation conducted during November - December 2011, covering Miyo and Moyale operational woredas of Borana Zone. Dhas woreda was not covered for security reasons. The evaluation was carried out in order to thoroughly assess how the agency has managed to address the vulnerabilities of pastoral and agro-pastoral households and increase their resilience to recurring drought.
