From 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2011 ACF-Spain, via the ACF-Swaziland office, implemented activities to promote the identification of malnutrition and improved knowledge of nutrition related to HIV and AIDS. The Project covered the whole of the Lubombo and Shiselweni regions and primarily targeted capacity building of community-based volunteers who were under the responsibility of either the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare or local organisations. This evaluation was conducted as a joint learning and accountability exercise.
