This evaluation has as its main goal to study the impact, effectiveness and efficacy of the programme as well as the engagement of the key local stakeholders. The programme had a food security and an early recovery component, which enhanced food self-sufficiency and access to market in the localities southern of Dungu along the axes Dungu-Ndedu, Ndedu-Afu and Ndedu-Ibu.
