This report is an external final evaluation of the ACF’s programme "Improving access to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene services through a community based approach and local capacity building in Kupang District Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) province, Indonesia". The project comprised of three components : (1) increasing access to water and sanitation infrastructure and hygiene practices for 6000 people in the district of Kupang. (2) Better access to water and sanitation facilities in nine schools and three health centres and (3) strengthening of local capacity to develop and monitor water and sanitation facilities.
