Objectives: The objectives of the mid-term evaluation were twofold: (i) to assess the operation's progress towards stated objectives, as well as the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of results, and (ii) in light of the evaluation, to make recommendations for the any new phase of the operation.
