This tip sheet is designed to assist clusters and their project teams in assigning a gender code to their humanitarian projects using the IASC Gender Marker. Coding is based on the three elements: needs assessment, activities and outcomes: gender analysis of needs >> gender needs addressed in activities >> gender outcomes.
