This document gathers together existing good practice in terms of agility. It provides a complete, coherent approach to managing an aid programme in a complex situation. It aims to answer the following questions: what is ‘agile or adaptive management’ and how can it be put into practice? It complements the "Toolkit" on agility or adaptive management developed by Groupe URD.
