The final evaluation of the McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program (McGovern-Dole FFE) project (FFE-657-2015/019-00), implemented by the World Food Programme (WFP) in Guinea-Bissau (GB), from March 2016 to July 2019 (extended to April 2020), had two main objectives: (1) Accountability: To account for the activities carried out by WFP as well as the outputs and outcomes reached; (2) Learning: To draw lessons for the main actors. Baseline (2016) and mid-term (2018-2019) evaluations preceded this end-line evaluation. The baseline study conducted before the start of the project provided a situational analysis and allowed WFP to establish indicator baseline information. It also verified the targets established in the Project Agreement. The mid-term evaluation covered the period from August 2017 (preparation phase) to July 2019 (final evaluation report). This evaluation aimed at allowing the WFP to monitor the progress of the established indicators.
