This annual progress report reflects on the Humanitarian Innovation Fund's activities from September 2013-14, as well as documenting the Fund's progress since its inception in 2010. The HIF supports organisations and individuals to identify, nurture and share innovative and scalable solutions to the challenges facing effective humanitarian assistance. The HIF is managed by ELRHA.
