In September 2012, Internews conducted a rapid information and communication needs assessment among Syrian refugees in the Zaatari camp. Internews surveyed more than 120 Syrian refugees in Zaatari camp, asking a set of 30 questions about information needs, sources, and trust levels. Additionally, 20 in-depth key informant interviews were conducted with humanitarian workers and media professionals in Jordan and in Beirut, Lebanon.
