The objective of the report is to capture, analyse and document the experience of the IFRC in responding to the challenges of HIV/AIDS including country specific contraints to programme design; to inform future HIV/AIDS policy development; to inform, identify and correct any perceived weakness in guidelines addressing HIV/AIDS in the workplace.
