Oxfam’s Horn, East and Central Africa (HECA) Regional Platform was established in 2016. Among the platform’s far-reaching portfolio are two influencing initiatives – the Rights in Crisis network and Extractive Industries programme. Despite their ambitious scope and the challenging context, this report confirms that Oxfam has contributed effectively to change at all levels.
