This document provides a summary of key findings based on a draft of a full research and scoping study commissioned by OCHA’s Funding Coordination Section (FCS), which is currently undergoing internal comments and review. This summary has been produced to inform discussions at the next scheduled Country-based Pooled Funds NGO Dialogue Platform meeting on 15 June 2015 and Pooled Fund Working Group meeting on 18 June 2015.
