The purpose of the assessment was to gain sufficient information on the type and scale of child protection issues facing IDP children in the KRI, as well as current coping mechanisms to inform planning, programming and advocacy. Key informants included persons such as community leaders, teachers, social workers, as well as other IDP community members.
