The aim of this report is to increase the understanding of early childhood care and development (ECCD) in emergencies and the benefits of this type of programming for children, their communities and society. Specifically, the report makes the case for greater investment of resources and multi- sectoral support in humanitarian work that supports young children from conception to eight years.
