
The objective of this assessment was to better understand and address the information and communications needs among Syrian camp and non-camp refugees in and around the city of Sulaymaniyah, in the Kurdish Region of Northern Iraq, as well as to gain insights into information and communications needs within the host community. This report presents the core findings of the assessment carried out in January-February 2014 and the main recommendations and conclusions resulting from a peer review of these findings validated during a follow-up visit to Sulaymaniyah in March 2014.
