Volume I: Social Evaluation
Objectives: To conduct a participative evaluation of Lanka Evangelical Alliance Development Services (LEADS) Tsunami Housing and Livelihoods Projects, including the project methodology, beneficiary satisfaction and technical quality.
Comments: In order to do justice to the many facets of the programmes, a social evaluation and a technical evaluation were conducted in parallel. A separate report has been written on the technical evaluation; this report focuses on the social evaluation.
