Lessons Learned from UNHCR's Involvement in the Guatemala Refugee Repatriation and Reintegration Programme (1987-1999)

The aim is to systematise and analyse lessons learned throughout the repatriation and reintegration process, with a view to identifying "best practices" and successful models that could be applied to other UNHCR repatriations, as well as shortcomings and limitations which should be avoided in the future.
