The purpose of this internal assessment was to understand the GOAL Malawi country program’s community accountability in respect of participation, information provision, complaints handling, transparency and learning. The assessment was based on data from a combination of 6 focus group discussions and a self assessment by program management. The assessment forms the basis of a stakeholder accountability strengthening plan by GOAL Malawi.
