ALNAP Review of Humanitarian Action in 2003: Field Level Learning
The purpose of this chapter is to provide an overview of evaluation of humanitarian action (EHA) quality, strengths and weaknesses, and to make suggestions for improvement. It is based on an assessment of 30 selected evaluation reports submitted to ALNAP for this year’s Review of Humanitarian Action. The chapter is relevant for anyone wishing to improve EHA quality and is aimed in particular at evaluation managers and evaluators.
