An internal midterm review was carried out by two advisers from HD using a participatory approach, which involved the national team. The findings were discussed with the team and a results consensus exercise carried out. In the ECHO proposal the specific objective for public health was: Targeted communities in two districts and two IDP camps in urban Monrovia have access and availability of water and sanitation facilities and are able to take action to protect themselves against protection and public health risks.
