The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and the International Organization for Migrations (IOM) have implemented the Regional Project “Contribution to the development of an effective response to mixed migrations in the Horn of Africa and Yemen, based on human rights principles” from 1 December 2010 to 28 February 2013 in Kenya, Somalia (Puntland), and Yemen. At the end of the project a final evaluation has been commissioned by the Lead Agency DRC to assess the overall performance and achievement of the project in line with its specific objectives, purposes and results. In summary, the following are the findings of the evaluation mission.
