This report presents the findings of an independent final evaluation for an ECHO-funded project to mobilise the civil society for a better inclusion of health and nutritional problems in Chad. The evaluation adopts OECD-DAC guidelines and quality standards to assess the performance of the project according to a set of standardised criteria.
