The thirteenth retreat entitled, “Game Changers: Creating a More Open and Adaptive Humanitarian Response”, was held in Montreux on 1 – 2 December 2014. The retreat resulted in a call for a humanitarian system that is more open and adaptive as well as a humanitarian approach that is better informed and more broadly supported.
