The objective of the report is to highlight key lessons learned and make recommendations for improving emergency preparedness and response to humanitarian disasters in the future; to examine how agencies might adjust their programs to improve the efficiency, quality and impact in the next phases of operations; and to assess and document coherence and coordination between agencies, identifying examples of both good practice and missed opportunities.
