This report presents the results of a national survey on the situation of out-of-school children and adolescents in the Democratic Republic of Congo (OOSC-DRC) in 2012 organised by the Ministry of Primary, Secondary and Vocational Education and executed by the Higher Institute for Population Sciences of the University of Ouagadougou.
