Translators without Borders produced this guidance to help humanitarian responders engage in more effective dialogue with communities in their own languages. Language is particularly important when managing and maintaining a formal complaints and feedback mechanism (CFM). This report summarizes key findings and recommends actions to improve accountability in northeast Nigeria through more effective and responsive CFM.
