The paper 'Certification of humanitarian organizations - how it can contribute to greater effectiveness and accountability of humanitarian action?' desctibes the investigations made by the Steering Committee for Humanitarian Response to determine the ways that a sustainable certification model would work. This document describes the main elements of the draft version of the certification, revised according to the feedback from the nterested parties.
