This report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) is the result of its in-depth programme evaluation of the performance and the accomplishment of results by the United Nations Operation in Côte d’Ivoire (UNOCI), which was selected for evaluation on the basis of an OIOS risk assessment of peacekeeping operations.
