The evaluation concern the program of “Promotion of Women’s Nutrition and Hygiene Education and Protection of Fragile Livelihoods in Dare-i-Sufi Payin and Dare -i-Sufi Bala” funded by SIDA and implemented by ACF. This action is the third and conclusive Phase of a wider operation started in March 2011 and aiming to contribute addressing food security and livelihood for the people living in the two districts targeted in the Samangan Province.
