This report focuses on the most recent restrictions for refugees from Syria as introduced by Lebanese authorities in January 2015, and examines the human rights impact of these restrictions coming on top of those previously imposed. The report concludes that the restrictions are part of a policy of the Lebanese authorities to dissuade and prevent Syria’s refugees from seeking protection in Lebanon.
