Aid Works and Thomson Reuters Foundation conducted a rapid survey on racism in the aid sector. We aimed to provide a platform for aid workers to share their experiences and ultimately, to provide an evidence base for change in the sector. Thank you to the respondents for bravely sharing their experiences. This subject and report is triggering for people who have experienced and/or witnessed racism – please be kind to yourselves before and after reading the report as it’s an emotional topic. We acknowledge we have bias and we have done our best to mitigate against it. Please download the report here: https://www.aidworks.org.uk/racism-in-aid-survey-report/
