Objectives:
- To review the response against established criteria and recommend immediate changes that can improve the emergency programme.
- To promote a learning approach within CAFOD.
- To identify good practices and successes to use more widely and lessons learned in this response.
- To identify persistent weaknesses for organizational learning and recommend how they can be addressed.
- To identify the successes and limitations of CAFOD Ways of Working in Humanitarian Context and PCM in this response
