Groupe URD carried out a real-time evaluation of the humanitarian response to the war in Ukraine in August 2022, in order to learn from the initial programmes implemented and to inform future decisions. This report describes the different aspects of the response, including needs assessments, resource mobilisation, coordination between the different stakeholders and particularly with local actors, protection activities, the agility of project management, etc.
