The objectives of this report is to assess the relevance of WFP’s response to the Indian Ocean Tsunami crisis, to measure its effectiveness and to assess the appropriateness of the phasing down mechanisms and the planned conversion into a Protracted Relief and Recovery Operation (PRRO).
