This report presents findings and conclusions from a Real-Time Evaluation (RTE) of WV’s Response to the humanitarian emergency in CAR. The purpose of the RTE is to assess the humanitarian response against five criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, appropriateness, coverage and connectedness, with the aim of highlighting areas that are working well as well as areas that need immediate improvement. WV’s emphasis on accountability to affected populations and child-focus were also cross-cutting themes integrated into questions and data collection tools.
