This evaluation independently assesses the Recovery for Acholi Youth (RAY) program in Uganda, covering program implementation from 2010 to 2013. It looks at the design and performance of strategies used by the RAY program, with a primary objective to enable reflection and learning. The report captures lessons learned and good practice that can enhance the sustainability of future education programming in Uganda and other country operations across NRC.
