This report details the findings and recommendations from an evaluation of Australia’s humanitarian assistance in response to protracted crises in Myanmar between 1 July 2014 and 30 June 2017. The evaluation considered the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of Australian humanitarian assistance, with a particular focus on displacement in Kachin and Rakhine states. It is intended to inform Australia’s ongoing approach to humanitarian assistance in protracted crisis situations in Myanmar.
