This DFID review of UNHCR’s programme in Sri Lanka was conducted from 27 February to 8 March 2000. The objective of the review was to gain insight into UNHCR’s policies and programme performance, and to consider what further support, if any, DFID should provide to UNHCR in Sri Lanka.
