This short report is less than a set of minutes and full account of the discussions. It is in two parts : Part I explains the rationale for the meeting and a short account of the progress made against the meeting’s aims, including the next actions and activities. Part II consists of notes that contain a great deal more of the substantive content of the meeting, which will hopefully be useful to both participants at the meeting and to others as further work on joint evaluations takes place.
