Objectives: Tearfund commissioned this Mid-term evaluation to assess what has been achieved so far and what needs to happen to effectively achieve the aims and objectives in Tearfund's Sahel Food Crisis Strategy by the end of 3 years. The evaluation was conducted as both a means of accountability and to increase organisational learning and capacity.
