This situation analysis is part of a project being carried out for the French Development Agency which aims to improve understanding of the current dynamics within Lebanese civil society, and the possibility of dialogue and cooperation between civil society organisations and the public authorities. Much of this report is based on findings from the project, which included a field visit to Beirut in March/April 2021.
